Patients Module
The Patients Module holds each patient's general, diagnosis and insurance information. Context sensitive help is available by clicking into any field and clicking the Help button.
Before proceeding with Patient data entry, it is a good idea that information in the following databases be either entered or reviewed prior to starting:

Diagnosis
-
PhoneBook (specifically providers and facilities)
-
Insurances
-
Procedures
-
ZipCodes.
Data in these modules can also be added as needed “on the fly” from within Patients with quick updating of the patient's record.
